The 27th Oshawa Scout Group participated in this year's Festival of Lights Parade in Oshawa, and marched along with other Scout groups in the White Pine Council. It was a wet and rainy day, but that didn't stop the scouts from sharing their warm smiles and giving out candy canes to spectators that lined the streets.
