Dave is your Troop Scouter and Venturer Advisor. He enjoys exploring the great outdoors, trying new activities, and learning unique and interesting things.

Dave grew up in the middle of nowhere, and spent his childhood doing all sorts of crazy activities in the bush. He has had many encounters with bears, wolves, coyotes, and even had a pet bobcat!

Dave completed the Outers Survival program in Northwestern Ontario, which included a 2-week trip through Quetico Provincial Park and a 3-day survival test using only items that could fit inside ONE 1-litre container!

After leaving the wild, Dave came to Toronto and managed multiple theatre chains and was chosen to be a part of a specialized team designed to train managers from Newfoundland all the way to British Columbia.
